The service was superb with an early check-in. The facilities were new and easy to use. The location was easy and comfy, next to U Connecticut Health Science center and mall with REI, lots of restaurants, and shopping options.

Every time we stay in Farmington, like to stay here. The hotel is bright and immaculately clean. Supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff provides a superb service. Its rooms are decent sized with the updated decor in the lobby, balcony as advertised.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows comfortable and they provided lots of pillows. There were lots of outlets and lights. Air conditioning worked well and was quiet. The hot tub had great really strong jets and the pool area was clean with lots of fresh towels. Breakfast was better then the typical hotel breakfast with good eggs and muffins. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the plate of cookies at check-in. Lounge and lobby were pleasantly decorated. The coin operated laundry machines were great to have and clean and easy to use. Check-in and check out was quick and easy. Free WiFi worked well in the room. Elevators were quick. Room had all the standard amenities.

The design of the bathroom sink makes it hard to use if you are short. The pool is clean, with great color and tiles on the wall but is on the small side. The Booked.net website was wrong and said the hotel had an indoor/outdoor connected pool, but it only has an indoor pool, Not the hotels fault, if you look at the hotel website they don;t say they have an outdoor pool,

The staff was exceptionally nice and affable, offering superb services. The location was great, just next door to the mall with REI, Farmington, and many other restaurants and shops. The hotel was within a 10-minute walk from a premier shopping center.

Tastefully renovated, large lobby with large flat screen TVs. Great beds and large bath facilites. Snack service exstensive including MD items

TV sound broke down repeatedly. Breakfast service not complementary.

I've stayed there the last 2 yrs while helping my child move in or back to college. Rates are very high and could use a little incentive for returning customers. Just saying.... :(

Convenient location in a great area with nearby shopping centers and a market 👍. The staff was top-notch, very friendly, and did an excellent job.

I was unfairly rude to the young lady who checked me in on 5/23/15. She handled myself and the situation with complete professionalism.

Staff tried hard to deal with the issues we encountered. They comped our room because of our difficulties

Overwhelming smell in our room (and hallway) coming from tub resurfacing project two rooms down. We had to move to another room after being in bed for the night. Bistro in lobby was a disaster. We waited forty minutes for oatmeal! They had opened only three days earlier and clearly were not ready to face the public!

Nice rooms that have been updated with modern decor and a balcony 🌆. They even come with a coffee/tea maker and a fridge, which is handy for keeping drinks cool.

The rooms were stylish and comfortable- beds were great. Enjoyed the pool/spa and the public spaces were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wish the restaurant had been open. Breakfast was provided, but with the bad weather it was difficult to get out to purchase food.

The hotel had just completed a complete renovation, so everything was brand new. The room was great, with a loveseat/couch rather than the typical one or two easy chairs. The best part was the management. The hotel was pretty crowded, and seemed to have an overabundance of families with noisy small children. The manager didn't wait to hear from us, and suggested that if we heard more noise than we liked, he had another room ready for us if we wanted to move. He even gave us complimentary wine.

The hotel is located conveniently close to Hartford Farmington area, and our room, which had a balcony, was spacious and nicely furnished.

I stayed during the remodel, it was quite loud with a lot banging, but I would stay again, this was my third stay.
